Tales From San Diego Comic Con! Tamara Smart On Thalia For Season 3 of Percy Jackson And The Olympians: Searching For Answers And A Lot of “Generational Beef” Is About To Go Down

Day 1 of International Comic Con had some exciting news, especially from the Hall H panel with the cast of Percy Jackson And The Olympians. Actress Tamara Smart who portrays Thalia alluded to having more time on screen and character development fo the upcoming season three. Also an impending "generational beef" that's about to go down! Season 3 will adapt "The Titan's Curse, the third novel from the Percy Jackson & The Olympians author Rick Riordan. Tamara also emphasised the importance of building on character relationships. You can see season three premiere coming November 20th to Disney Plus. 

Tamara elaborates on the prep work leading up to season 3 with huge binders given to the cast about "The Titan's Curse" Tamara stated her favourite thing about Thalia is that she's a powerful woman. That answer gave a resounding roar from the San Diego Comic Con audience in the crowd! She also said her least favorite trait of Thalia is her stubbornness, which she says is her personal trait as well.  

I like how Tamara spoke to Entertainment Weekly about the impact that Ryan Coogler's Black Panther had on her. Describing it as "life changing". What I got it from what she said is that representation matters!
